Frances Herrera is an Associate at Zumpano Patricios. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School of Law. While attending the University of Miami, Ms. Herrera served as a research assistant on reproductive rights and First Amendment matters. During her time in law school, Ms. Herrera interned for Magistrate Judge Lisette M. Reid of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Herrera completed pro bono service hours at the City Attorney’s Office in Miami. She also worked at Zumpano Patricios as a law clerk where she gained experience in various areas of law such as managed care litigation and post-judgment garnishment proceedings.
