Daniella Styagova is an Associate with the firm's New York Office (Zumpano Patricios  & Popok) where she will focus on complex commercial litigation and trial work, including in the areas of employment law and data privacy. Ms. Styagova graduated from New York Law School in May 2023 where she gained experience as a legal intern and law clerk at trial  and litigation firms.  Ms. Styagova was also the Senior Editor for the law school’s Family Law Quarterly. Following graduation, Ms. Styagova was an Associate at another national firm where she focused her practice on defending organizations against allegations of data privacy, consumer protection, and technology-related violations. Daniella is multilingual, and in addition to her fluency in Russian, she is also conversational in Ukrainian and Italian.
