James Zumpano is an Associate at Zumpano Patricios. He received his Joint Juris Doctor and Master’s Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Zumpano interned for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. As a law student, he was President of the St. Thomas More Law Society, an Executive Board Member of the Palermo Mentorship Program, a BARBRI Student Representative, and a member of the St. Thomas Law Trial Team where he competed in the American Association of Justice (AAJ) Trial Advocacy Competition in Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Zumpano focuses his practice on healthcare litigation, including managed care contract and out-of-network disputes.
